How to reset your username/ password?
When logging in your user name is your email address, if you are unsure on which email address you have linked to your Zuii account, email our customer service team. If you have forgotten your password you can reset this by clicking “Forgot your password” in the login section.
Your product doesn’t meet your expectations or is damaged in transit?
Here at Zuii we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please refer to our Returns page. Please note when choosing your colour, please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for incorrect colour choice.
How do you pay for an order?
Once you have completed your order, you will be able to pay for your order in the checkout section. Payment can be made with Visa or Mastercard. You may also wish to complete payment via Paypal which will be linked to your paypal account.
How to access your account?
Once you have created an account you will receive an automated email confirming your details. You can log in here.
How secure is credit card and payment info?
Zuii has taken reasonable measures to ensure that your personal and credit card details are safe at all times.
What is our policy to shipping to a 3rd party?
We love sending gifts on your behalf, if you would like to order our products for someone special you can request a different shipping address. Simply unselect the option “ship to the same address” and enter the recipients address. All order confirmations will be emailed to your email.
How long does your order take?
We treat every order with importance. We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 24 hours, however you may experience delay if your order is placed over a weekend or public holiday.

What are our delivery charges?
We always make every effort to reduce delivery charges while still offering a speedy and reliable service. Depending on the product you have purchased and the shipping option you have chosen will determine the shipping cost. Please visit our shipping page for more information.
How to track your order and order history?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can track this via the shipping companies’ online websites. Please note if you did not select a trackable shipping option your email with just confirm that it has been shipped.
If you cannot locate this email or want to see your order history you can do so by signing into your account via our website.
When products are not available?
Zuii is rarely out of stock, if in the unlikely event that we are and you have placed an order one of our friendly customer service team members will be in contact with you.
How to change or cancel your order?

How to order online?
To purchase online, simply select a category from our products page and click on your preferred product.
- Click the product you are after
- Select the shade if applicable
- Select the size
- Choose your desired quantity
- Click add to cart and continue shopping for more items
- To pay for your order select view cart (in top corner) and checkout.
- In checkout sign in or create an account
- Add in your shipping details
- Choose a shipping and payment method
- Complete checkout process to complete.
